The Future International Search and Rescue Tech Center

The S.M.A.R.T. SAR center is located in a brand-new building with unlimited development potential – a five-story smart property with a garden on the Ground level, an underground bomb bunker, an Air Tower, full southern exposure, and an unobstructed 360° panoramic view of the surrounding mountains around Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. It’s designed to become one of Europe’s most advanced rescue bases, with modern living spaces, vertical gardens, high-tech furnishing, and sustainable energy systems. Ready for the future – never previously inhabited. The RoofTop is suitable for e-helipad.

Beneath the Future Rescuer’s Smart Home lies a private nuclear-grade SOS bunker – engineered as a self-sustaining shelter inspired by Cold War resilience and modern innovation. It is connected to the private elevator of the Exclusive Penthouse Rescue Residence. Located in Sofia’s elite Buxton Heights district, this five-story smart complex combines vertical rescue readiness, air mobility infrastructure, and advanced survival systems. What Ivan Kristoff has built for political elites in the past is now reimagined for his project for the Rescuer of the Future – a visionary hub of protection, innovation, and preparedness for the Next Gen Rescuers.

The Scholar Program

The Ivan Kristoff’s Scholar Program presents a unique opportunity to engage in rope access education, research, or a blend of both across diverse locations such as Bulgaria, Dubai, and North America. This program opens doors for individuals to participate in vertical and aerial rescue training at centers dedicated to both volunteers and professionals.
