Rescue test-pilots performed the first rescue on a single engine spidercopter

The definition of the technical term “SpiderCopter”  comes from the abbreviation of the words “Spiderman” and “helicopter”. In other words, it is an act of aerial acrobatics or helicopter operations, performed by the Canadian Spiderman – Ivan Kristoff. Of course, the name of this term came by Spiderman himself. His photography-oriented mind pictured the bond between the machine and the man, flying high in the air during hely rescue and transportation of emergency response personnel.

The SpiderCopter system consist of the five elements: 1) the pilot, 2) the helicopter, 3) the certified external load and human hauling system, 4) a rope and 5) Ivan Kristoff.
