FAQ

Ivan Kristoff is organizing the World’s First Female Rescue Team, empowering women in extreme sports through his concept for an elite “Special Operation Services” (S.O.S.) air rescue team.

Fly with us at the LZ of the Smart Home-Office for the Rescuer of the Future. Witness innovation in aviation against the stunning backdrop of a Sofia sunrise and sunset near Vitosha Mountain.

We invite you to a “Breakfast in the Air”—an unforgettable experience soaring above Sofia in a hot air balloon.

Choose Your Flight:

Sunrise Session: 07:00 to 10:00

Sunset Session: 16:00 to 20:00

Ascend to approximately 45 meters—high above the city’s skyline—to catch the breathtaking sunrise or sunset. Enjoy a unique and stunning 360º panoramic view of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, and the surrounding mountains.

Your journey will conclude with a memorable landing, potentially on the “The SkyView Deck” of the Smart Home-Office of the Rescuer of the Future, or at the designated #BuxtonHeights LZ.

The Smart Home-Office for the Rescuer of the Future is crowned by its defining feature: a breathtaking Three-Level Panoramic SkyView Deck. This architectural marvel offers a continuous, 360-degree engagement with the sky, with each level providing a distinct experience aligned with the rhythm of the day and the needs of its occupant.

Level 4: The Private Command Suite (Sunrise & Seclusion)
This level houses the primary suite, a secluded sanctuary designed for focus and recovery. Accessed via a private entrance and strategically separated from the home’s other quarters, it features a dedicated Mezzanine. This space is a true commander’s retreat, offering a private panorama for strategic planning or quiet contemplation, ensuring unparalleled privacy and separation.

Level 5: The Journey of Light (Dawn to Dusk)
The main living level is a masterpiece of solar choreography, where architecture guides the sun’s path through the day.

  • Sunrise: The day begins in the spacious East-facing children’s bedroom, bathed in the morning’s first light.

  • Solar Transit: The sun travels along the southern exposure, illuminating the heart of the home—the Penthouse Atrium and the operational Air Traffic Control Tower—creating a dynamic, light-filled command center.

  • Sunset: The day culminates in the golden hour, captured perfectly through the expansive SkyView window in the West-facing bathroom and the adjacent bedroom, offering dramatic, cinematic views of the evening sky.

The BuxtonHeights Rooftop: The Ultimate Observation Deck (Private Access)
Crowning the structure is the exclusive BuxtonHeights Rooftop. With its private access, this is the ultimate open-air platform. It serves as a direct interface with the elements and the operational airspace—a perfect venue for observation, briefings, or launching and monitoring aerial missions, all under the vast open sky.

Together, these three levels form a cohesive vertical ecosystem: a private sanctuary, a sun-tracked living space, and an operational rooftop—uniting to create the ultimate SkyView command post for the Rescuer of the Future.

A detailed answer to provide information about your business, build trust with potential clients, and help convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.

The Z-Line is a diagonal rope-access system connecting the rooftop platform of the Smart Home-Office (elevation 628 m ASL) to a ground-level anchor point approximately 40 meters away and 16 meters lower.
It functions as a demonstration and training platform for innovative rope-access methods, advanced safety systems, and aerial-rescue techniques in an urban environment.

What makes it unique?

  • There is nothing comparable in Sofia—this is an off-market, exclusive, purpose-built vertical/aerial innovation zone.

  • The rooftop provides a forever view toward Vitosha, Lyulin, and the surrounding mountains.

  • Two additional filming/viewing levels (+10.97 m and +8.14 m) enable multi-angle visual documentation for training, analysis, and media production.

  • It integrates naturally into the future U-space eVTOL hub, bridging rope systems and next-generation aerial rescue operations.

It is an innovative platform combining training, media, experimentation, and international rescue methodology—all from a private, exclusive rooftop.

A) Training & Skill Development

The Z-Line offers a controlled environment for practicing diagonal traverse, tactical rope movement, and advanced rescue access techniques.

B) Demonstration of Innovation

It showcases how highline/traverse systems can be integrated into an advanced smart building designed for rescue, aviation, and U-space operations.

C) Media & Visual Production

The unique height and geometry provide a premium setting for:

  • Film scenes

  • Vertical movement shots

  • Documentaries

  • VR/AR training modules

D) Global Knowledge Exchange

The system serves as a reference platform for:

  • Rope rescue teams

  • HEMS operators

  • Aerial-access innovators

  • International training partners

The objective is to create a world-first model of an urban rescue innovation rooftop.

How is safety ensured?

Safety is the highest priority and is based on certified equipment, redundancy, and strict procedure.
The system includes:

  1. Dual independent anchor points on the rooftop and the ground anchor.

  2. Main and backup rope systems (full redundancy in accordance with EN, ANSI, and UIAA standards).

  3. Certified hardware and PPE, inspected before each operation.

  4. A trained technical supervision team, present for every activity.

  5. Controlled access zones with barriers and no-entry areas beneath the rope corridor.

  6. U-space integration, ensuring that rope operations and air operations (drones, eVTOL) do not overlap.

  7. Weather management protocols—operations pause during strong wind, storms, or poor visibility.

These measures ensure that the Z-Line is suitable for professional demonstrations, training, and controlled rescue simulations, not for recreational public use.

Professional Training

  • Rope access and high-angle techniques

  • Urban rescue simulations

  • Diagonal traverse and tension line movement

  • Raising/lowering rescue operations

Integration with Air Operations

  • Drone-assisted rescue scenarios

  • Preparation for future eVTOL emergency missions

  • Ground–air coordination for U-space systems

Film & Media Production

  • Aerial-style cinematic shots

  • Controlled stunt and vertical-movement sequences

  • 360°, VR, and AR immersive training content

Testing & Prototyping

  • Evaluation of new rescue devices

  • Demonstration of energy-absorbing systems

  • High-speed video analysis and load-cell measurements

This makes the Z-Line a unique city-center demonstration hub, blending vertical and aerial rescue technologies.
