This level houses the primary suite, a secluded sanctuary designed for focus and recovery. Accessed via a private entrance and strategically separated from the home’s other quarters, it features a dedicated Mezzanine. The main living level is a masterpiece of solar choreography, where architecture guides the sun’s path through the day.

What is the Z-Line / Traverse Concept?
The Z-Line is a diagonal rope-access system connecting the rooftop platform of the Smart Home-Office (elevation 628 m ASL) to a ground-level anchor point approximately 40 meters away and 16 meters lower.
It functions as a demonstration and training platform for innovative rope-access methods, advanced safety systems, and aerial-rescue techniques in an urban environment.
